Summer blossom honey, organic
Summer blossom honey is highly aromatic and tastes of blossom and fruit.
The honey is of extremely high quality, as confirmed by tests carried out in a German laboratory, and is free of pesticides, glyphosates and other harmful substances.
The honey is certified ECOAGRA, harvested from our family’s organic apiary. There are no sources of pollution within a 3 km radius of our apiary, we treat our bees with natural acids, we farm only in wooden hives, and we bottle all of our products in glass containers.
What plants are the summer flowers from?
Honey is made from the flowers of tall foxglove, buillas, chickweed, raspberries, clover, cowslips, cornflowers and other summer flowers.
Composition of honey
Honey contains carbohydrates (fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose), enzymes, minerals, vitamins, proteins, essential oils and water.
How to use honey?
It is recommended to eat up to 100 g of honey per day.
If you want to enrich your body with bioactive substances, we recommend drinking a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of honey every morning before breakfast.
If you have difficulty falling asleep, we recommend drinking a glass of warm water with honey at night before going to bed.
How about honey in tea?
To preserve the beneficial properties of honey, the water temperature should not exceed 40°C.
Honey for children
It is recommended that children start tasting bee products at the age of 2. Babies under 1 year should not be given honey. Once you start tasting honey, watch for signs of allergy.
