Delivery

We deliver orders within 2–4 business days (we aim to do it as quickly as possible).
Delivery of household appliances takes 3–5 business days, courier only.
Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania (to other territories upon separate agreement).

Delivery of goods ordered in the online store is carried out via DPD and Venipak courier services to your specified address or to DPD, Venipak and LP EXPRESS parcel lockers:

Free delivery to SMARTPOSTI / DPD / Venipak / Omniva / LP EXPRESS parcel lockers for purchases over 35 €.
Free delivery via SMARTPOSTI / Venipak courier to your specified address for shipments over 35 euros.
Free delivery via DPD courier to your specified address for shipments over 40 euros.

Delivery to the Curonian Spit is available at the same rate* to DPD / LP EXPRESS parcel lockers;

Delivery with Venipak (courier and parcel lockers) will additionally cost 15 €;

Delivery with DPD and LP EXPRESS courier for an additional 22 € fee*.

Attention!

*Minimum order amount – 10 € (final amount after applying discounts). If the order amount is less than 10 €, an additional 3 € packing fee is applied.

Please take responsibility for the chosen delivery method during low or high outdoor temperatures, as this may negatively affect product quality.

Due to a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed.

Collection of ordered goods in the store:

Ordered goods can be collected free of charge at the store located at Klaipėdos g. 3, Vilnius.

Please collect your order within 1–7 days from receiving the seller’s email about the shipment being ready. If you cannot collect it on time, contact the store and arrange another pickup time.

The buyer must collect the ordered goods within the agreed or reasonable time (Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 6.205).

If the buyer does not collect the order without a justified reason, the seller has the right not to refund the amount paid for the order.

Additional delivery information:

Attention: during delivery, check the condition of the package. If you notice any damage, обязательно mark it at the time of receipt and fill out a free-form damage report. If no damage is indicated at the time of delivery, it will be considered that the shipment was delivered in good condition, without damage.
