Black salt Kala Namak, coarse

Juodoji druska Kala Namak pasižymi savitu skoniu ir kvapu. A small amount can be used on top of fried crumbled tofu with a little turmeric for a vegan “scrambled eggs”. Perfect with breakfast toast with avocado.

As this salt is coarse, it needs to be ground in a grinder or crusher.
