Returning goods:
Biopapa online shop only exchanges or returns goods with prior agreement on the terms of return.
If a food item is damaged or not of the right quality and you wish to return or exchange it, or if not all or not all of the items ordered have been delivered, please contact us by email no later than 72 hours after the delivery. by email info@biopapa.lt or by phone +370 686 15177. Be sure to include a photo of the faulty product.
We are responsible for the quality of our products, and we will transfer the money for the returned goods to the bank account from which you paid for your purchases within 3 to 5 working days from the date of return.
The following quality goods are non-exchangeable and non-returnable:
– packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery;
– goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons;
– Gift Vouchers.
Quality goods that are returned or exchanged must be in good condition and must not be damaged, have lost their merchantable appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective film not torn off, etc.), be in good condition for consumption and not have been used. If the goods are damaged, faulty or not properly packed, we have the right not to accept the goods, not to replace them and not to refund the money paid for the goods.
If the buyer applies after the deadline and/or does not provide a photo of the item, we are not obliged to resolve the complaint in the buyer’s favour.
