Description

Wheat semolina is a nutritious ingredient rich in protein, fibre and essential B vitamins. Slowly digested carbohydrates provide long-lasting energy.
Semolina is widely used in dishes such as porridge, pasta or challah, as well as in baking bread, cakes and pizza dough. It also acts as a thickening agent for soups and sauces and adds crunch to meatballs and other dishes. Preparation method:
Bring 1/2 l of milk (your choice) or water to the boil and add 3 tablespoons of semolina. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
