Organic pea glass pasta
Glass pasta is a great product to always have in the kitchen. It is a thin vermicelli pasta made from peas. Glass noodles are widely used in Thai and Vietnamese dishes, but are also perfect for soups, salads or stir-fried vegetables. Glass noodles are very quick to prepare - fully cooked in 4 minutes. Do you want to stir them or leave them in the soup? They will keep perfectly. They absorb the flavours of the dish well but remain firm. A versatile product!
How to use
Boil a large amount of water. Add the pasta and cook for 4 minutes until soft. Rinse with cold water if necessary.
