Organic black sesame seeds

Black sesame seeds are the small, dark seeds of the sesame plant, known for their intense nutty flavour and high nutritional value. Unlike white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds have a stronger flavour and are often used in Asian cuisine in both savoury and sweet dishes.
They can be sprinkled on salads, added to baked goods, mixed into smoothies or ground into a paste such as tahini, making them very versatile in the kitchen.
The recommended daily intake is 2 tablespoons per adult and 1 tablespoon for children.
