The glass that holds the heat of the summer forest, the cool mornings, the fog after the rain…
The concentrate of all forest plants – the honey extracted in August (2025), which the bees have been carefully collecting all summer long.
What is it? – dark, strong, sweet. Rich in minerals, phytoncides and vitamins.
What do bees use for nectar in the forest in summer? – Raspberries, blackberries, elderberries, thistles, thyme, and other flowers.
Ooks bees live in the forests just outside Dzūkija National Park, living only in wooden hives, treated with natural medicines, surrounded by unpolluted nature, and very much loved and cared for.
The honey is unheated and unpasteurised.
