Organic Oolong tea

Oolong (wulong) is a partially oxidised tea that has the characteristics of both black and green tea, and can have a surprising flavour.

For the most delicious tea, use 3 g of tea in 200 ml of 80 C water and steep covered for 4-5 minutes.
