Organic dried sea vegetables NORI (flakes)

The product is made from the edible seaweed Nori (Porphyra spp. (Pyropia spp.)).
Non-EU seaweed, dehydrated and chopped. Raw seaweed is dehydrated at low temperatures.

– Odour: distinct, no off-odour.

– Texture: cartilaginous, wafer-like.

Intended use: this product needs to be rehydrated in water for 5 minutes (six times its weight).
Serving suggestions: use rehydrated in salads, broths, soups, rice, etc.
For: general public, except infants and young children. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Guideline: recommended intake for an average adult (8400 kJ/2000 kcal)

12 g of rehydrated NORI and 1.7 g of dehydrated seaweed provide approximately 150 μg of iodine (NRV, EU Regulation 1169/2011).
