Coconut milk powder has a natural coconut aroma and taste. Suitable for thickening sauces and soups, flavouring coffee, making chocolate with cocoa mass, breakfast cereals, smoothies, yoghurt, ice cream.
Vegan coconut milk powder is an ideal alternative to regular milk. Mixing this powder with water produces a drink similar to the coconut drink we usually see in cans.
To use: mix 2-3 tablespoons of the powder thoroughly in a glass of cold or hot water (about 10 g of powder per 100 ml of water).
