ORGANIC BRAHMI POWDER
History and Traditional Use
Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is a medicinal plant traditionally used to support memory and psychological well-being. It belongs to the Plantaginaceae family and grows in humid tropical and subtropical regions, particularly in India and other Asian countries. Its leaves and stems are used in traditional herbal preparations.
Brahmi has a long history of use in Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine. This plant has traditionally been associated with supporting memory and mental vitality. Historically, Brahmi was used by students, scholars and meditation practitioners to help improve concentration and mental clarity.
Scientific research offers promising indications that it may help support certain aspects of memory, but the available evidence is not yet sufficient to draw definitive conclusions. When considering its potential benefits, it is important to take into account the limitations of current research and follow appropriate safety recommendations.
