Returns
In accordance with the provisions of Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the following quality goods shall not be exchanged or returned:
Food products packaged according to the buyer’s order (cereals, tea, powder, etc.), unless they are of poor quality.
Factory-packaged food products which are not eligible for return if:
– perishable;
– unsuitable for return due to hygiene or food safety reasons, if the packaging has been opened or damaged;
– the packaged goods have been unpacked after delivery;
– Gift vouchers are among the categories of non-exchangeable and non-returnable goods.

Returning faulty goods
Purchased goods can only be exchanged or returned if the terms of return have been agreed in advance.
If the delivered food item is damaged, of poor quality, or if not all or the wrong items have been delivered, please contact us no later than 72 hours after the delivery:

Be sure to attach a photo of the faulty product.
Returned or exchanged goods must be:
– returned in the original packaging as received by the buyer, with proof of purchase;
– in good condition, not damaged, without loss of merchandise appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.);
– unused.

If the goods are damaged, faulty or not properly packaged, the seller has the right not to accept the goods, not to replace them and not to refund the money paid by the buyer.
If the buyer applies after the time limit has expired or fails to provide a photograph of the product, the seller is under no obligation to deal with the complaint in the buyer’s favour.

The seller is responsible for the quality of its products. The money paid for the returned goods will be credited to the bank account (from which the payment was made) within 3-5 working days after the return of the goods.

Uncollected orders
The buyer is obliged to collect the ordered goods within an agreed or reasonable period of time (Art.6.205 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
If the buyer does not collect the order without a justifiable reason, the seller has the right to:
– refuse to keep the goods;
– not to refund the order payment.
