Technological innovation: the new whipping vessel with SELF-DETECT technology

All ASCENT Series 2-litre shakers are equipped with SELF-DETECT technology, thanks to which the appliance “recognises” the container and only starts to operate when the container is covered with a lid and correctly positioned on the motor unit. This makes the appliance even safer to use.Through the translucent lid, you can monitor the consistency of the food being cooked without interrupting the whisking process. If you wish to add additional products during the grinding process, you can do so by opening the lid at the top of the lid.

The ASCENT Series is well suited to the smaller containers (225 ml and 600 ml) available separately. With these sturdy utensils made of Tritan plastic, which is BPA-free (Bisphenol A), you can make even small portions of food.
For ice cream and thick dishes such as peanut butter or chickpea hummus, the Vitamix set will make your work much easier with the included pestle. It means you don’t have to stop the chopper and scrape food off the sides of the bowl.
