Organic couscous made from buckwheat and chickpeas
Couscous is a dish originating from the ancient Middle East. This version, made with buckwheat and chickpeas, an alternative to gluten-containing couscous, is tasty and versatile, suitable for many recipes.
The couscous should be cooked 1:1 for about 5-7 minutes. It can also be prepared by pouring boiling water over it and allowing it to swell completely, stirring gently with a fork. Perfect as a side dish for a variety of dishes.
