Organic corn starch – neutral taste, gluten-free. Suitable for confectionery, desserts, creams, jellies, soups and sauces, and thickening. Cakes, pastries, waffles and biscuits will be extra fluffy if you replace 1/2 or 1/3 of the flour with cornstarch. Suitable for vegans.
