Fermented oat drink – like all fermented products, it is acidic, but has the neutrality of oats, making it ideal for flavouring both dishes and drinks without altering their taste. This concentrated drink can supplement the diet with good bacteria, enzymes and organic acids.
Fermented Oat Drink is fortified with good bacteria, enzymes, organic acids, unpasteurised, concentrated, vegan, non-GMO and lactose-free.

For first time use, we recommend diluting a tablespoon (15ml) of the concentrated drink with water to your preferred acidity and drinking it with or after a meal. The usual optimal daily intake is 45-50ml. This amount should be consumed in such a way that it is sufficient with each meal. With steady consumption, each person discovers the most acceptable amount of the drink.

The undiluted product can also be used to acidify and enliven a variety of dishes (vegetables, salads, porridges, soups, vegetable stews, fruit desserts), or added to juices or other non-alcoholic drinks.
