Description

HIZIKI Dried Sea Vegetables are black seaweed, tasty, with a slight firmness. Hiziki grows in water 1-2 metres deep on rocky bottoms. Hiziki is carefully hand-picked and sun-dried. It is excellent as a side dish or in salads, and even tastier with shoyu and mirin.

How to use
Wash well, soak for 10 minutes and dry. Fry briefly and boil or stew for 15 minutes. Use as a garnish or add to a stew or salad.
