This soy sauce is made from soya beans, koji, shochu and sea salt. Its main objective is to balance the flavour of the sauce so that all five flavour elements are revealed. This is achieved through a 9-month fermentation process.
It is a great and affordable gluten-free sauce that takes both oriental and European dishes to a new level. Use it in marinades, dressings, (miso) soups and sauces.
