Organic cashew nut cream is ideal as a versatile substitute for dairy products as it does not have a strong nutty taste. You can spread it on toast, thicken vegan sauces, whisk it into smoothies, smoothies, and flavour porridge. Also as a base for bread, biscuits or flourless brownies. Diluted with water to the desired consistency, you can make vegan cashew milk or kefir, which is perfect for vegan cold cuts (just squeeze in some lemon juice and add salt).
Cashew nuts are a source of vegetable protein, fibre and minerals.
Note: The oil layer on top of the cream is a natural process. Stir the cream before use.
