Hazelnut cream is made sustainably and exclusively from organic hazelnuts (with husk). It is a pure, rich and delicious tasting hazelnut cream, perfect as a base for baked goods or sauces.
This cream is made from lightly roasted hazelnuts, which gives it an intense flavour and a creamy and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
You can not only spread hazelnut cream on your bread, but you can make your own nut milk. Due to the fact that hazelnuts are made up of 60% oil, the cream has a rather runny consistency and is therefore ideal for baked goods.
