Description

ARAME dried sea vegetables – has a complex but mild umami flavour. “Arame is hand-picked in the Ise-Shima area of Japan.
This algae has a slightly salty, mild taste, which is why it is called “beginner’s algae”. The arame can be used in a wide variety of dishes: it is perfect for miso soups, salads, as a garnish or with soba or udon noodles.

How to use
Wash well, soak for 10 minutes and dry. Fry briefly and boil or stew for 5 minutes. Use as a garnish or add to a stew or salad.
