Organic Basil Essential Oil 10 ml, ALTEYA
Basil has been used for many purposes over the years – it has been an important part of religious practices, is widely used in herbal medicine and is often used in cooking.

Essential oil distilled from the leaves of Ocimum basilicum (sweet basil), also known as sweet basil oil. The refreshing aroma of this oil helps concentration and promotes determination. It can also neutralise unpleasant odours. Diffusing basil oil in the home can help purify the air and is also thought to reduce the risk of illness. The smell of basil is quite intense and can easily dominate aromatic blends.

When used on the skin, basil oil has a cleansing, firming and stimulating effect, leaving the skin looking fresher and more radiant. Basil oil can also promote healthy hair growth and improve blood circulation to the scalp.
