But the sweetness and fibre benefits don&#8217;t end there. Medjool dates are rich in vitamins and minerals and are renowned for their health benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Medjool dates are high in fibre, with 100 g of this treat providing 26% of the recommended daily allowance (Medjool).<\/p>\n<p><em>Use<br \/>\n<\/em>Snack &#8211; A portion of 2-3 dates is a filling and nutritious snack.
