An unbalanced and inefficient digestive system leads to a wide range of health problems by directly weakening immunity.<br \/>\nScience claims that Trifala is a powerful three-herb formula with many effective therapeutic uses.<\/p>\n<p><em>Attention<\/em><br \/>\nAlthough Triphala is generally well tolerated, sensitive individuals may experience minor gastrointestinal discomfort. Triphala should be started at a lower dose and gradually increased, which may reduce these effects.<br \/>\nDue to its laxative properties, excessive use of triphala can cause diarrhoea.<br \/>\nNot recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\nOptimal dosage<\/em><br \/>\nIt is recommended to start with 3 g (0.5 tsp) per day. Stir triphala powder in 0.5-1 glass of hot or warm water, drink warm.<\/p>\n<p>On an empty stomach, more sensitive people may feel abdominal discomfort. The best way to take triphala is after a meal.<br \/>\nAfter 3 months. taking a break.<\/p>\n<p><em>For oral hygiene<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Toothpaste &#8211; mix a little Trifala powder with water and use as toothpaste;<\/li>\n<li>Mouthwash &#8211; 0,5 tsp.
